I moved in in December and had nothing but problems since day 1. When I moved in nothing was fixed. It was like someone just moved out and they moved me right on in. In the bathroom mold covers it and they just painted right on over it. Me and my son have had breathing problems since moving in. I've contacted the office and maintence about getting the mold out, fixing floors from where they are caving in, replacing the air filter and so much more. They have refused to come out and fix anything.... They have even refused to get rid of the mold. After talking to other neighbors they are having the same issues and they are not being helped out either. These places need to be condemned. The board of health needs to come out and shut this place down. Since moving in in December of 2023 we have had 3 different property managers. They don't want to fix anything and then when complaints are being made and we are saying we are gonna contact board of health they dip and sell out so a new person comes into this mess and then they quickly leave and then we get new owners. This place is a joke and I wish I never moved in. I now have to use a inhaler because of living here and my son now has issues with his immune system. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!
