La Vue Lake Apartments

ive been here going on two years now and i love these apartments. The neighborhood is safe . The staff is always pleasant to be around and always respectful especially Sterling and Kelly. Ive had minor issues but nothing that they couldnt fix . They come the same day for the most part if i have any issues in my apartment. If i wasnt moving out of state, i would renew my lease again for a third year.

If you care about where you live don’t move here . They don’t fix anything . I’ve been calling for a month for the same repair . The fake security is creepy & rude . Just don’t do it

There’s mold in my bathroom, I’ve made reports about it multiple times . My ceiling leaks , the doors are always broken .the only good thing about this place is there has been any pest in my unit . The pool isn’t open MAINTENANCE IS NOT 24h the leasing agents are rude and couldn’t be bothered . Especially the gentlemen, the washers leak and the dryers are broken . This place is good to stay at if you need somewhere to rest your head and work until you can save up to move . That’s exactly what… I’m doing . 0 out of 10. this place is a joke. management is unprofessional & rude. the pictures are a lie. this place is run down. out dated over priced. so many issues. maintenance never comes. all they care about is rent but can’t do nothing when it comes to any issues. they do not clean the hall ways. the entrance is full of pot holes. do not live here. it is not well kept.
