Find somewhere else to live!!

I have lived here for about a year and it has gone drastically downhill. There were attempted break ins mid June 2025.
Gym has lots of equipment that is broken or only partially works. Way more visitors at pool than allowed and the entrance gates always left open or propped with huge rocks so anyone off street welcome to come for a swim.

Modern and convenient.

Lovely designed homes, community walk paths, and naturescapes. There is so much to enjoy about Villa on Fir. I highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet life near downtown Mishawka and Granger to consider this community.

Love it here

I’m enjoying living at the Villas, it’s a very nice neighborhood. Everyone’s nice and the place is well kept. I love the amenities and all the events held. I’m looking forward to renewing my stay here.

Not a great place to live

Lots of issues with management, walls are paper thin, neighbors aren't what you'd expect for the price, amenities do not live up to what you'd expect either. It looks nice but beware - bad quality everything.

Rip Off

I moved out from this property on July 11. I called frequently as my account was never closed out and my apartment was still showing that I lived there. I kept getting the run around with new excuses each time that I emailed or called. Finally on August 7, my account reflected that I moved out. However, I was still charged for a water bill that was for a time period after I moved out.

On Thursday, August 17, I called to ask when they would be returning my security deposit. I was told to… hold for the manager. When the lady returned, she advised me that the manager, Ashley, was leaving for the day and would not get on the phone. She said I would be receiving my security deposit in 30-45 days even though I have been gone for 40+ days. Then, I received a phone call later that day stating that my deposit was mailed a week prior. I live in the same state and have not received it.

This experience has been extremely unprofessional, and I will be escalating it.
