Clean

My apt. Had new carpet, water heater, central air unit. Appliances are included no washer/dryer hook up. Does have 2 laundry rooms available for use. You do get a key Laundry rooms and can lock them. My clothing has never been touched. The parking lots are kept clear in winter before work hours. Staffing are polite and accommodating if they can . I have lived in complex for 14 yrs and never had a problem. I started in an upstairs apartment but moved to a ground level do to knee problems, staff... was very kind and helpful in process.
