A Cozy Home Setting
Not a lot of extras in the apartments but they are in a convenient location, both maintenance and management are very good, and the cozy home-like and country feeling is why I chose to live here.

Great place to live
It's quiet,the neighbors are frindly.the office staff are frindly,maintenance is prompt,plenty of parking,the buildings are clean and kept up,we have a playground,gardens,small gym. Nice cleanLaundrymat with plenty of machines.No through traffic.the rent is reasonable. I've lived in some places, belive me this is a good place to live!

Horrible customer service!!
Cannot wait til lease is up. They now are trying to charge you for your own parking spot in front of your own apartment. They just built a new office and sounds like it cost more than they hoped because they are now trying to charge their current residents with whatever fees they can try to add each month. The lease says I'm entitled to two parking spots but now I'm being threatened with having my car towed because we are only allowed one parking spot?!?! Do NOT recommend living here
