Great location and friendly staff
We recently moved and we really like the apartment complex. The staff has been great, their maintenance staff Kelvin, and the other guys are awesome.

Save Your Money and Your Headaches
I don't recommend leasing from this place at all! They are super friendly at first and then w you go to move out they try to charge you for stuff you shouldn't be charged for (over $1900 worth of charges). Upon trying to solve the charges at move out no one wanted to communicate with me except to threaten to send me to collections. I moved out in January and got the bill in March and then no one wanted to communicate to discuss and I tried phone, email and text message.
Stay away from the... headache and don't rent here, it's not worth it!

Awesome staff, perfect location
We were in the process of relocating, we called Bayshore and they were very helpful, polite and responsive. We found the perfect apt there and was definitely excited to move there, perfect location, nice apts and staff was exceptional, Michelle went above and beyond, however sadly enough we didn't get approved but we would highly recommend anyone to check them out!

Pet friendly is a joke
Apparently they can make you get rid of your dog if your neighbors complain. No proof, no suggestions for a compromise. But when you need something, be prepared to spend two months proving it like I had to with my AC.

Great Service and Home
I moved in just a couple of weeks ago and it immediately felt like home! The service is outstanding! Even better than expected. The maintenance staff do a great job! The office staff are amazing. Michelle has gone above and beyond to help me with changes and modifications for my medical issues. She is warm and friendly and her attitude and professionalism are part of the reason I chose Bayshore! I'm so happy to call this home!
