Emerald Lakes

I have been here for a little less than a year and have very few problems! You get a good size apartment for what you pay for, maintenance who respond quickly and front office personnel that are attentive and respond in a timely manner. The closeness to school also is a plus!

I have lived here for over a year and I truthfully do like this apartment complex. The ladies at the office are super nice. I think it is awesome that they will basically let you do whatever you want to your apartment while you are living therethere, but they do have some strict rules on what goes on your balcony which I feel are unfair. I do think they charge outrageous prices though so unless you are rich I wouldn't recommend it. Good value if you get in under a special deal (be prepared for new lease increase). Couple of nice things is they use a very nice carpet in the apartments, 9ft ceilings, decent windows, and good size rooms. They forgot to inform me that my garage fills with water every time it rains. Maint issues are often ignored(gutters, Outside lighting, compactor). Work orders seem to get lost, appliances and fixtures are low end. Their fix for cracked tile grout is to caulk it. Tub is sub-par. Overall...
