Awful

Awful office staff . Never get the same answers about my application . They have no idea what they are doing . Lady on phone was short and rude . Awful awful awful

Trotters Pointe Apartments

Trotters pointe is a great place to live. The location is very convenient. Lexi was who helped me with my application and move in process . She is very professional kind funny and just overall a Genuine person. Mahogany is our new property manager and she is also very professional and gets down to business, she has helped me so much in the short time she has been here. Love the office staff. I would recommend Trotters Pointe to everyone!

Nice office staff

Staff was very nice and professional .
Lexi welcomed me with a smile gave me a brochure and some information and made me feel welcomed. Leah was also very helpful and nice . I am very excited about making this my new home
