I feel safe and respected here

I’m trying to keep my basic expenses down and don’t need anything fancy. This is the place for no frills but perfectly livable cost efficient apartments. My last complex was up in my business but ignored an active threat in the complex, there’s none of that here. 3 years and no issues. Didn’t think I could be this comfortable in a rental situation

Aging buildings - not maintained AT ALL

Apartments are aging and not well maintained. Heating/Cooling/Insulation VERY outdated. Water heaters rusty and corroded. Standing water and overgrown brush all around property. No management or maintenance on site. Very slow to respond to issues needed repair, such as gutters so full they are growing trees. Management is quick to listen to gossip and send notices about very petty things, when there are so many larger issues that they should concern themselves with and invest their time with.
