great first apartment
i love everything about my apartment. great price, great space, rules are easy to follow, laundry areas are clean and stay locked, maintenance comes very swiftly when called, ample parking for you and guests. great first apartment for me

Studio Apartment
I have a studio apartment and I love it! It’s spacious for a studio. It’s my son and I and it’s just enough space for both of us. When I call in a maintenance problem they come out quick and replace or fix what’s needed. The most important part is there are no bugs!!! They keep the apartments clean. Everybody mind their own business. I’ve been living here a little bit over a year.

Happy Home
I've been a tenant for seven years now. The office and maintenance personnel go above and beyond to making me feel comfortable and safe. They have worked with me when my income became inconsistent. Being treated with respect is important to me. Not only do they upgrade interior but exterior as well. I believe us tenants could do better at picking up behind ourselves. I thank them for their commitment of continual outstanding service.
