This clean and well-maintained space is equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of a hot tub, with a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. Please shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness. Limit use to 15-minute intervals if you have sensitive skin and shower afterward. Use beach towels, not bath towels, in the hot tub. No diving or jumping, and keep food and drinks out of the tub. No glass is allowed in or near the hot tub. Always cover the hot tub after use and ensure the temperature remains at 100°F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval, as overuse or misuse may result in additional charges. No pets are allowed in the hot tub.
Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $125 for a maximum of 2 dogs. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed for the receipt, or bring your own charcoal for charcoal grills.
