16 Park Apartments

I stayed at the 16 Park Apartments for no less than three years with my mother. I can not say one bad thing about the personalities of the staff. But it took me moving out and getting into the leasing business myself to realize that the apartments are NOT being ran the way that they should be. My mother expressed concerns of mold multiple times and it took some time before the maintenance finally showed up and I was asked "why hadn't you guys said anything about this before" even though my... mother had made the trip into the office many times. We told the office that we had been showering in cold water because the water no longer gets hot and were told "I wonder why so many people have been saying that lately" and yet nothing at all was done. Someone moved in and there was a large infestation of pest going around and nothing was done. Again, I am now a leasing agent myself and realize that although they were a very nice group of people, whoever was the manager did not take the concerns of tenants seriously. Read More
