No-Bueno

Don't do it.

I had a tour of my apartment scheduled and when I showed up with my mom (who was there to help me with potential questions), the leasing officer never showed up and never called to cancel. I should have known.

But I was looking for an apartment to move pretty quickly. I had a multitude of issues; 4 leaks within a month period (which damaged my property), neighbors asking for money, fitness facility was broken, broken glass constantly all over the parking lot, and the washers and...
dryers were constantly broken (and stealing $1.50 per attempt). They have a huge issue with residents leaving their young children unattended outside (which is just bad parenting) but then the children were extremely loud.

Needless to say I'm glad I'm moving out soon. The maintenance staff is amazing and they were available to deal with my leaks even in the early morning hours, but the leasing officer is terrible. She needs a serious career change.

Just don't.
