State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. There are 2 exterior cameras (1 front porch, 1 on exterior garage). No smoking, vaping, events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed anywhere at the property. Please be mindful of noise levels, there is one noise, smoking, vaping monitor located in the family room, there is no video or audio recording. Observe quiet hours from 11pm-7am. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported. Only registered guests are allowed. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity. There will be a $500 fee if you have accessed physical keys and remove them from the property after your reservation and keys are not returned in less than 24 hours.
