The home is approximately 5–10 minutes from Downtown Indianapolis, Mass Ave, and Lucas Oil Stadium, and close to Canal Walk and White River State Park. Convenient highway access makes it an ideal home base for events, conventions, games, and weekend trips.
Quiet hours are observed from 11pm-7am. There is a $500 fee in the event you have accessed physical keys and remove them from the property after your reservation and keys are not returned in less than 24 hours. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
