Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host. The building staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; contact the host directly for questions or concerns, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
