This unit is located near Mass Ave, one of the city’s most vibrant streets, so you may hear some lively street noise, such as music, voices, or traffic, especially in the evenings. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
