No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-7 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
