No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and the home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
