This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Weapons and drugs are not allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
