This is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
