Great Location
Right off Mass Ave, how can you go wrong. I have lived here for a few months now and i love it. Only downside is they do have very limited parking and if none is available you will have to wait. However there is parking across the street (covered) for $135.00 a month
No amenities on site but their sister property Edge 35 does had a gym residents can use Free
They have made some transitions with new staff members and the ladies in the office are great!

Love This Place!
I moved in back on NOV 1 & I love it! The staff are reachable by phone mostly, but we have access to everything we need to. The technology package that comes with the apartment is incomparable. I love the ease of access to every part of the building that you need to get too with the key fobs. I love that the garage is covered and located INSIDE of the building. Location is ON POINT, and the food/bars in the area are A1. The only thing this building is missing is a fitness center, pool & a... grilling area. Other than that, I couldn't complain. Definitely recommend if you're moving downtown for the price!
