Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. Optional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are available for an additional fee.
Located in the heart of Nora, you’ll have access to unique restaurants and endless shopping. Take a short drive to Broad Ripple, and then visit the Fashion Mall at Keystone, the premier luxury shopping destination for the Indianapolis metro area and Indiana. This is a smoke-free environment; smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hour late fee). Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal; in some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check out, or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
