Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am each day.
