How Is This Rating Determined?

Love it here!!!

Been here a year and I don't have any complaints. Only considering a move to be closer to my job. As I look at apartments closer to work I am not sure it's worth it. With the price and the easy access to the highway I already have access to anywhere I want to go in the city. The maintenance man and staff are great people to deal with too. I highly recommend this place!!!
