    Nice Upgrades!

    This is a complex that is currently being upgraded and they are doing a very nice job. Not just cosmetic surface improvements, but actually replacing kitchen cabinetry, countertops and appliances, as well as bathroom vanities, showers and toilets.

    The rent is very good for all of the upgrades, and if they keep making improvements to the grounds and landscaping, it's going to be a really nice community.
