Unprofessional, disorganized, and crime-ridden

The actual apartment is very nice on the inside. In the 4 months I have lived here I have found used needles and condoms in the parking lot, maintenance orders have taken over a month and only fixed after multiple requests, it took almost 2 months to get my mailbox key, I still have not received a copy of my lease even though I have asked several times, my late rent payment was refused due to their clerical error, and my mailbox lock was changed without notification, people hang out in groups… doing drugs and drinking and there are vicious pit bull terriers that live on property. When asked "Is this how you treat your residents?" Tatyana said "No, this is how we treat you". If you decide to brave these conditions make sure to deal with only Anita.

Great place to live, they are really stepping it up from renovations to community parties and events! Good job Chapel Hill!

Horrible

I moved here thinking they're under new management and most of the apartments are renovated. I currently live in one that's "renovated". I have had NOTHING but issues since I've moved in! My toilet has rocked from day one. There has been a MILLION flying ants in my bathroom. The AC unit leaks into my hallway back into my master bedroom closet. I've had to trash 3 pair of tennis shoes because of mildew. There are high school boys who chill and smoke marijuana in the hallway, without consequence.… One of which has decided to put out a blunt out on the trunk of my truck. Everyone in my building has complained about the boys to the front office and the office has done NOTHING. Matter of fact the office manager told me to take a picture of the boys when they are doing stuff. So they can further vandalize or possibly hurt me??? Site security is a joke...WHAT SECURITY! Now to top it ALL off there's a mouse in my apartment and I called the office and the office manager says pest control will be out August 3....TWO WEEKS from now! Which means Stuart Little gets to live rent free and possibly have babies by that time! I've requested documentation for work order confirmation and I've been told they cannot give me anything but the order is put in. The construction workers they their areas unsafe. One weekend they left the keys in one of the lift trucks and some little kids were out playing with it. Electrical boxes are left open and there is no lighting at the front door of my build, I've requested bulbs 3 times, even offered to put them in myself if they gave them to me. That's been for 2 months now!

I have been in the Chapel Hill Townhomes for the past two years & I finally see the positive changes with this new management company. Today, I had a work order for problems with my water. Well, Bruce & Tommy came in & fixed that PLUS other things they saw needed repair! From my new bathroom faucet sink to cleaning out my fireplace. Ooo... can't forget fixing my problem with the central air, we can FINALLY feel it upstairs! Last but not least I want to shout out to Diamond in the office… that got the ball rolling so quickly on my repairs!!! Chapel Hill keep up the great work!
