Charleston East Apartments

These apartments are not a great place to live for your family is horrible management they do not care about their tenants take your money they don't fix anything I have mold in my apartment I've had it since 2018 November 30th when I moved in they've yet to do anything about my cabinets I supposed to get a new kitchen sink a new bathroom sink carpet needs to be clean they just now fix the new furnace after been engine it up for years in a row it finally gave out on them I have had three floods… in my apartment never my carpet has ever been properly dried underneath the carpet is wet and underneath the tile nobody has ever investigated to try and help me get new carpet or to get rid of the older from the water smell they talk to you any type of way they never ever ever fix anything the maintenance man is right around all day and do nothing Apartments is supposed to be remodeled they're barely even finished they overpriced is Apartments just know the main important thing is they do not care about you as a person or your family only thing Charleston East Apartments want from you is your money please do not check into these apartments run for your life you will have very very horrible experience here the potholes in the parking lot are ridiculous they do not put the money that we pay into these apartments into the apartment they take the money and simply do as they please I've called I called Board of Health a couple of times and I will not stop until I get a result and these people show me that they care please do not move your family into this appartments if you care about your loved ones and want a decent place to stay they will leave you high and dry and try to evict you for every time you stand up for yourself and things are not right they don't like to be held accountable for any of their actions and they are just downright wrong people I do not know how they sleep at night leaving their tenants needing things and things left unfinished I pray to God that you do not make a decision to come over here and live you will have a very horrible experience please take your money elsewhere and spend it wisely at another location this one is not it Read More
