Deercross is awesome!

Deercross is a comfortable place to live! When I ever have an issue or concern, the office staff and maintenance are on top of it! I also enjoy the fact that codes are required to enter the buildings and most packages are delivered in an amazon locker. I will say I appreciate seeing the crew out working every morning as well! You can tell that management is great! I enjoy living in Deercross apartments!

I've lived at Deercross for over 5 years. It started of great but as time goes on, maintenance and management gets worse. It's ending on a sour note as being a nightmare to live here.

If you could please email the Property Manager at boardwalk@pmrcompanies.com and she can assist you to make sure your work orders have been recorded. PMR Companies recently took over management of the community and the old information did not transfer into our new system. Thank you for bringing this to our attention

Inside the apartments theyre not bad and things have changed that are good. Maintenance requests are rough this as proof that my ticket was marked as complete and thats completely false as the issue remains.
