The rental market is at an all time high, affordable options are few. But making the decision to “tough it out” here was a big mistake. Share your apartment with opossums crawling between your walls, reoccurring roaches, and dilapidated buildings. Maintenance is only able to do so much; you can’t put a bandage on a gaping wound! Don’t do it!

I am looking for a four bedroom for my family, and we are moving from south bend indiana and wanted a place to have just until we can get us a house. I send an email to find out if they have any four bedrooms available and no one has gotten back to me.

After a somewhat rocky transition to new management, I still love this place. Diana is an efficient, thorough, kind and helpful manager. These are older homes and the usual maintenance problems occur. Maintenance is dispatched quickly to do repairs. The only problem is loud music that residents play when the office closes. Overall, this is a safe place to live. I’ve been here almost a year and I am satisfied with my home.

I have been living out here for almost 2 years. So far so good for me when I submit a maintenance request they come. They fix the issue in a timely manner. I like paying my rent online & how the portal is setup for your records.
