I absolutely loved how I was assisted. April made the experience easy and answered all my questions. I was told of all amenities and all the property had to offer. Once I moved In I was helped with getting everything set up and transferred. My move in was on time and I was able to call this home. I appreciate the staff and all the assistance received. It made making my new home pleasurable. If you want to get great service speak with April. She will be the best to help.

RUN!!!!!!!!!! Before I thought these apartments were quiet & clean... nooooope. If you love the smell off weed, roaches on your apartment door, mice in the vents or running around your apartment, rude neighbors, people’s company parking in the permit parking with no permit, trash in the buildings and parking lot this is for you. Don’t say well tell the property manager because it may get overlooked. The front is the quietest part because all the loud residents are towards the back. On the... weekends and sometimes the week days people sit outside all day blasting their music.

The office is almost ALWAYS closed. Hope you didn’t get a package delivered on a Friday because you won’t see it til Wednesday if you’re luck you may catch them open on Monday. So many people moved out after a year lease because it’s that bad.

After my lease is up I will never renew. Between the apartments and residents they both can have the headache. Too much drama going on in these apartments. People fight here in the summer and kids jump and sit on people cars.

Oh & hope you don’t need a mailbox key .... took them 6 almost 7 months to get me one. Took 6 months until they could fix my closet that fell apart. & before the new maintenance guy you will never get a work order done. It’s your job to go to leasing at least 3 times a week to make sure you can get things fixed. Their appliances are so outdated and if you stay on the 2nd floor you light bill will be high in the summer.


If you need rental history for a year these are only what they are good for. The rent, the area of location, and small apartment space isn’t worth it. Read More
