Decent Apartments, but Noisy and poor Management
The apartments themselves are decent (perhaps a bit overpriced). The good: layout, new carpets, walls are insulated enough to block day-to-day sounds, central air for heat and cooling. The bad: dirty baseboards, uneven flooring, landlord special makes some outlets unusable, bedroom light switches aren't connected to outlets, front doors do not block ANY noise, central air intake is LOUD.
The grounds are well kept, but don't expect it to be plowed the day of a snowstorm.
Location is prime in... terms of access to things, but not scenic, and directly next to an active train.
The biggest issue is management. IF you can reach them with an issue, they're respond quickly and positively and ask that you follow up with them. But you can send them multiple messages through their platform and try calling the office multiple times and you're unlikely to get a response. They're only open on weekdays, so going into the office is only an option if you don't work on-site elsewhere or are able to take time off. That will also prevent you from getting amenity keys, so keep that in mind.
Overall, it's decent, but I'm sure you could get better for the money.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We truly appreciate the thoughtful feedback and are glad to hear you've enjoyed aspects of your home like the layout, new carpeting, and central air. At the same time, we want to... sincerely acknowledge the concerns you raised. Items like dirty baseboards and outlet functionality are all things we would absolutely want the opportunity to address. Those details matter, and they impact day-to-day comfort. If these items are still ongoing, we encourage you to reach out to our office directly so we can review them together at a time that's convenient for you and ensure they're properly resolved.
