Horrible management. Very unsafe . Everything from no heat or air conditioning, to theft, drug dealers and constant security issues. The management is incredibly non professional to say the least. The property is unkept.
Filthy windows and walls.
Was once a promising complex, that has been mismanaged and neglected to an unrecognizable mess. Avoid at all costs. Just ask the people who live there. They will tell you horror stories.

Irvington Lofts is located a short 15 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. Jenny, the manager, is an absolute delight. Any issue (which has not been many) that I have had has been resolved within a day. The apartments themselves are small, but spacious. All appliances are new(ish) and have been in perfect working order. Some of the residents are somewhat less than desirable, but that's something you'll have in most communities. There is a small area to take your dogs to do their business, and... the poo bags are always stocked. Maintenance does a fantastic job keeping the grounds clean. Once a week they hire an outside cleaning service to attend to halls, the elevator, and stairwells.

One complaint I have is that when it rains, the mulch in front of the apartments run all over the sidewalks and into the parking lot. Perhaps some type of border would fix the problem. Other than that, the past 11 months have been an excellent stay. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would definitely be re-upping on my lease. Read More
