Roach Infested Poor Management

These apartments are horribly managed they've charged me the incorrect rent for 3 months. They charge an extermination fee and they are roach Infested. Don't even bother looking.

Its Nice

I've been here for about 6 months now. Any issues I've had has been handled by maintenance quickly. Certain areas of the complex could be cleaner but with this new management they've had since January came in, I see improvements. The area is ducked off (which is a huge plus for me) and quiet for the most part. i would recommend

Property is Poorly Manage

Lived here from 2020-2021, trash littered the ground around the townhome and around the property. Maintenance is slim, do not expect your request to be timely handled. Trash cans are far in the back of the complex so taking your trash out at night isn’t an option. I would advise not moving to this place, if I were able to upload images I would.

Kingsington Square apt

I love my apt ,ive been here 3years now. The staff are very friendly. The grounds are kept clean the maintenance come when you need them ,and the staff are friendly.

if you wanna live long, avoid this crime infested neighborhood

Trash everywhere, nightly gunshots, drug dealers, rats, flies, theft, cockroaches, auto break-ins and mismanagement are all the things that are abundant in this neighborhood . avoid at all cost. if you don't believe me, sign a short term lease and collect your own evidence.
