Lake Castleton Apartments

Moved in here because I needed a place and the cost was reasonable. Never had issues with anyone and parking has always been available. The unit was fine for well over a year, laundry was ok as well but I then started having issues. AC broke for about 2-3 months before the cold started, never got fixed but the heater works so thats good. Kitchen lamp began to leak water for well over a month before someone fixed it upstairs, filled cabinets with water and informing the staff several times didn't... really do much to help. Shower leaked water, kitchen sink leaks water, toilet handle broke and it's just been like that for over a month now.

Small laundry area has few working about 3-4 dryers and washers. The other, much larger with over a dozen washer and dryer, has had no hot water and broken dryers for several months now. I moved in these apartments with hopes that everything would be OK it started out ok my AC went out in July 24 never got fixed I was I'm my apartment sweating like a slave cooking & bathing super hot at night then they had my bedroom windows sealed shut I could of put a windows unit in the window then as winter came U have been without heat they put a new unit in yesterday it's January then dealing with all that I live downstairs & the neighbor above me has been pissed that they moved below him... he has harassed me for almost a year it started out with loud blasting music 7 days a week then he violations si now it's stooping in his apartment laying in his bed all night moving in his bed and it sqeaks or the cat running thru the apartment all night listening to every move I make in my apartment he's invading my privacy all they want is rent money all these apartments are the same Read More

2 months no ac. The manager of the property is a horrible condescending person. Whole windows are shattered on the property. They pay their friends to write 5 star reviews. This place is not friendly once you sign a lease

It’s so beautiful, love how it gots a lot of appliances also I love how the apartment was so clean when I viewed it also I love how they got events for the residence

It was a nice a pleasant experience to look at the nicely renovated apartments. Affordable and comfortable with good pricing. Stacy was very helpful and informative on our decision.
