Great Apartment Home

My husband and I have been living here for a year and just resigned our lease. LOVE our apartment and the extra security feature. Maintenance normally comes within 24hrs if needed & Erin always goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Close to the interstate and grocery store. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Wonderful apartments

Clean enviorment everyone is friendly they keep everything up to date. They let you know any events that's going to happen. Maintenance people are excellent and hard workers.

Wonderful Apartment Complex

My family has lived at Lighthouse Landings for almost three years. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It is reasonably close to downtown Indianapolis and Greenwood shopping. The complex has a nice community pool and outdoor grilling station. The leasing office also has opportunities for residents to try to win $100 off monthly rent. My children always enjoy visiting the office for a special treat such as a fresh baked cookie… or a piece of candy. The office also has a computer lab accessible to residents that has free printing.

Don’t do it!

DO NOT recommend. We had a fairly good experience until it came to renewing our lease as well as the move out process. They INCREASED our rent by 150$ in a year and a half, on top of that the apartments inside and out are outdated, the windows and doors are not sealed well, there are animals CONSTANTLY barking or being left out on their balconies, and they are doing NOTHING to increase the worth of the property. ON TOP of all that, they we scrubbed our apartment top to bottom before moving out… and they proceeded to charge us for "carpet replacement" when the carpet is in the SAME exact shape it was in previously. Basically they were just trying to get more money out of us.

Don't Do It!

DO NOT move in here. It seems good while you're living there until you get charged for keys you never received, a reglazing of a countertop which was stained when you originally moved in and was told, it's fine. The fury I have with this complex is unreal. I've asked to speak with the property manager MULTIPLE times, yet I have yet to hear from her. While living there, I paid my rent on time, I never complained about anything, and after all of the money I've paid, I can't even get a courtesy… call from the property manager?!
I dealt with spider and miscellaneous bug infestation every other week. Yeah, they came out to spray, but the seal on this building is worn and outdated, so it continued to be a problem. You consistently hear the conversations of your neighbors through the walls, dogs barking on a regular basis. The total experience, was less than desirable. I wouldn't recommend this complex to any one. Please know that each positive review out here is posted as a result of the complex raffling off money off of your rent for the month. With that type of incentive, who wouldn't post a positive review?! Please... refrain from signing anything with this complex.
