Hardwood floors in the units won't look like the ones in the model home or hallways. Mine are worn to the bare wood. I said something one time about it. The response was that they like to keep older buildings looking old. If that was the case, the floors in the model apartment and the hallway wouldn’t look as though recently refinished.

With such a large market share of rental housing, I wonder how responsible they are for why Indianapolis had the highest rate of rent increase of any city in the entire country recently, per a local NBC affiliate February 2023 news article.
