Maison Gardens Apartments

Wouldn't recommend a homeless person live here rent free!! These apartments are disgusting. They have pests very bad. Roaches of all sizes (small, medium, & large) & mice. Work orders don't get completed & there's excuse after excuse why not. I was 8 months pregnant when I noticed mold behind my toilet. My son is 4 months old & they have yet to take care of the issue. The apartment above mine was leaking water into my bathroom causing mold on my ceiling. All maintenance did was spray something... white over it to cover it up. I've asked them to place new caulk around my tub for better appearance & they have yet to do so. Their windows aren't securely pieced together. I have a 3 bedroom & all of my kids sleep in my room bc their windows have a gap between them letting cold air in. Someone has slid my living room window open, crawled in & stole my car keys. One morning I was taking my children to school & a crime scene van along with several police were at a unit across from mine. They were investigating a random death of a young girl. There has been a body seen with yellow tape around the park that's right outside of my home. I get home when it's dark & my unit is around a dark corner. Every other day the light works. One evening I came home & there was yellow tape blocking the area. If you are ever late on rent they leave a notice face forward with all of your business on your door. They don’t deserve not one star.!!!

I just moved in as of 9/2019. Currently I am very unhappy with this move. I moved into an apartment they said was ready, but didn’t even seem like it had been touched from the previous tenants moving out. I was missing 2 doors, it was holes and dings in the walls and other doors, the bathroom wasn’t touched at all, I have burn marks in my ceiling, from the central air not working. Mind you all they let me go a whole week with out central air. I was promised 2... portable air conditioners and only got one. They put in a new air unit that is so loud it rattles the floor and the walls currently. I had 2 windows missing screens and one window that was fixed with some type of paper product.my front door look like it was kicked in. It was so loose and the frame was completely crack,it didn’t make any sense. Worst of all, the day of move in I got a nastyyyy refrigerator that was INFESTED... yes I said infested with maggots and a roach crawling though it. Staff came out the same day of move in and said she would let them know I needed a new fridge right away. I never got one and had to throw all the groceries I just brought away from going bad. I was told I would be getting something off my rent due to all these issues by the property manager And that was a lie. Her manager told me she would fix everything, that’s still not fixed btw, but she wasn’t taking anything off my rent . I moved 2 hours away from home coming to Indy with no family here and this is how I was done. I am struggling right now because of them and they don’t care AT ALL. DO NOT.... I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

They said theyll utilities included except light. THEY FORGOT GAS!! Mice running around like crazy . Seen some outside running around . My friend has a mice in her sons room so im pretty sure they are everywhere . Minimum of roaches depends what section . Please do research

Loved it nice lady in the office she was great and I look forward to living there nice clean apartments new carpet.

The office staff are very friendly and try and help you out the best they can,they waste no time letting you know if you’re approved or denied to moving in.
