Besides the gym needing an upgrade, the apartment community itself is fantastic. The staff is friendly and have been super helpful

Stay Away at all costs

They are trying to charge a premium price for a low-quality property. Just take a look around the property and you will see for yourself.

Do Not Rent

Bugs everywhere. Nasty apartments. On one occasion, an employee of the complex went from mowing the lawn to walking up to my door trying to steal my food delivery. I opened my door at the moment he was grabbing my bag. I would not stay here ever again.

Looks Are Deceiving & Overpriced

From afar this place seems to be a top-notch place considering the surrounding area however that's another topic for another day. I am pretty sure some time ago this place was really special but I am telling you that all has changed. If you come to look around the complex you will see a lot of things from the outside that are red flags and I am warning you to not ignore them. Previous maintenance staff that worked here have said that the units in the back are the oldest in the community so you… know they might be concerning. Luckily I didn't live back there but knew someone that did and they said that when it rains it's a lake back there and the potholes will destroy your car. However, if you can get a place upfront that's where you want to be. The units are nicer from what I am told than the ones in the rear and it's real quiet upfront. They did a big renovation to the mansion but there are a lot of problems still there from what I see in other people's reviews recently. This is just my observation. For the money, I just don't think it all adds up and they might be just trying to see what all they can get by overpricing and making little to no improvements as possible.
