Apt living

Please do not get a downstairs apartment you will be miserable the apartments do not have a property manager and ppl do whatever they want make all kinds of noise the apts are thin you can hear ppl using the bathroom if you report someone for noise all they say is they can't tell ppl when to go to sleep but you can tell ppl to be respectful this place was the most miserable 2 yrs of my life but expected to pay rent ppl have to work and sleep to pay rent
