Awful

Loud disrespectful tenants who have loud disrespectful visitors, parking lot is crumbling, management is never around, swat team raided an apartment here, drugs, cars get broken in to, tenants running prostitutes in and out over the years, no family amenities such as a playground for kids or swimming pool. Neighbors play loud music and vomit in the parking lot. They also clean out their cars and leave the trash in the parking lot. They will also play obscenely loud music right outside of your... window. You have to pay 18.00$ just to pay your rent online. Your packages will most definitely be stolen . No security cameras or security. It is just awful

Think twice

The description is misleading at best and at worst deceitful. Tenants here, except for a few, are complete trash and make the absolute worst, loudest and most disrespectful, inconsiderate neighbors imaginable.
