Ok for first time
Moved in Oct 2019,ONLY recommend to first time apartment renters like myself. Management as-well as residents could do a lot better with the outside view. Apartment had some issues i put in work order in Oct but still waiting on our maintenance (1). Also just seeing new models coming soon for 1 Bedroom those look nicer than what i have. Management just needs a little push and the right team i think they could be perfect! Will be moving this year though LOL

Amazing
I started living here in September. I was new to Indianapolis and had been looking for a place for over a month. I went to Northwoods in the morning to look at a unit and walked out the new proud renter. Living here is so awesome! I have no complaints other than there is no washer dryer hookups in the unit. Office staff are very friendly. Maintenance is very fast and friendly as well. They keep the property clean and welcoming and the have a nice size pool. I would consider our rent pretty cheap... and it’s a great area, close to everything. Love living here.
