Oakbrook Village

This property has a lot of problems to be charging people so much in rent. Water mains break a lot so water would be turned off with little to no warning, sometimes early in the morning when we are showering for work. Cars have been stolen and vandalized a lot recently and the property manager has done nothing to even deter the theft. Trash is everywhere. Dog poop throughout the property. With all of these issues rent just goes up and up.

They have roaches and Mice!!! this is a proven fact and they spice it up like its all that everyy day you see uhaul truck moving people out of here. no washers or dryers....They are being reported as I speak to the Health Department with pictures as a prooven fact they have mice traps all around the building.

No atienden las novedades de los apartamentos a tiempo, están con chinches, hormigas y nos aparecieron ratones, fumigaron antes de entregarlo y se demoraron en la entrega, llevamos 3 meses y pasamos más de 15 novedades del apartamento que hasta el momento solo 3 han sido realizadas y han fumivado ya 3 veces por chinches y aun continúan, no recomiendo para nada esta unidad, y la administración menos

This area is decent, but the apartment itself and management are terrible. First off these apartments are severely overpriced for you to have cheaply painted countertops, cabinets, and dirty bathtubs. Secondly they have bed bugs and roaches so be on the lookout! Someone broke into our car and they didn’t even send patrols or hire any to make sure our car and many others were safe. It’s a lot of drug use and I’ve witnessed domestic violence among couples where the police had to get involved. I... would never want my children seeing a woman getting beat up in our parking lot. The leasing agents lack customer service skills and management is no better. They also have hidden fees behind your rent and the water company they use, their billing is way off and it’ll look like you’re behind on the water, so you end up paying more than your usage. If you’re looking for somewhere now, I would not recommend unless you want to be cheated out of money, have your car broken into, or watching fights and dogs barking all night long. The apartment isn't the greatest in the world, but for the price and size its perfect. the neighborhood seems a little sketchy, but in all honestly it seems to be one of the safest areas around. Very comfortable living rooms and bedrooms. bathroom is a little small in my apartment but it suits my needs. all around it is a solid, great apartment
