The team is very helpful and very available for any questions I have. They make sure I'm comfortable and it's never a frown when I walk in. I appreciate all their hard work and efforts to make this community comfortable

We've lived here almost 4 years. Really love the apartment. We haven't really had any bad experiences except we now have a noisy neighbor upstairs and sometimes the trash piles up at the compactor which is in the front of the apartment complex. Also, people drive to fast, and there isn't many speed bumps for safety. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is great. Overall a nice place to live.

I absolutely love being here. I've lived in a few places over the past several years and I finally feel at home. Some that maybe offered more updated decor or appliances and I always felt like I lived in a glorified hotel suite. The first time I walked into this place, I finally felt like I was home.

I have lived at Overlook for a year now and have really enjoyed the experience. Quiet neighborhood with friendly staff and quick responses to maintenance issues. I am vet happy I moved here.
