Broken down appliances, incredibly rude and incompetent management, hidden fees. Look anywhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! A month ago there was a string of car break ins and one car was stolen. My fiancés car was one of the cars broken into and he had to pay $400 to get his window repaired. The office management refused to do anything when made aware of the security issue. They refused to install cameras or offer discounted garages to keep residents vehicles safe. Two weeks later there was another string of car break ins. My fiancés car was one of the cars broken in to again and it was his sunroof... this time and he had to pay $700 to repair his sunroof. I paid the $250 application fee and was approved and told I could move in the following Friday. Then I heard nothing else so I tried calling, never answered. I tried going into the leasing office and there was a note on the door saying no one was there. I emailed them and got different responses all with different move in dates. They finally sent me the welcome packet over a month after my initial “move in date”. I did everything on my end and paid $250 for no reason. Apartment layout is very nice and was just renovated.

The maintenance staff is professional and courteous. The community is experiencing a shortage of maintenance employees. There aren't enough maintenance employees to keep up with the maintenance requests of tenants in this medium/large sized apartment community.
