I was looking for the perfect apartment with city feels without the pricing and natural lighting. Pinnex popped up in my search and i started to research more. I was able to tour with Alexis who answered all my questions even before asking. She was very informative and seemed to take price in the community. I was looking for a studio but for my move time frame none was available. However she did show me their current one bedroom option. The floor to ceiling windows are EVERYTHING !!!!!!! I have... a ton of plants and they would thrive in the units here.
Community was well maintained, halls smelled cleaned. No amenities to brag about. They have a makers room which I’ve never heard of anything like that but it’s cool if you’re crafty.

The apartments sit in a very nice area (fountain square) so you have a lot to do! Besides that, the manager, Alexis, was amazing and super friendly. Answered every question I had. Friendly customer service as well as friendly neighbors.

Nestled in a prime location on Fletcher Avenue, it offers unbeatable convenience and easy access to everything Indianapolis has to offer. Whether you're heading to local hotspots or enjoying the nearby cultural attractions, you’re in the perfect spot to experience the city.
What truly sets Pinnex apart, though, is the amazing staff. Alexis Green, the manager, is top-notch! She is incredibly kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Her dedication... and positive attitude make living here an absolute pleasure.

I was stay at Pinnex while interning with Lilys. Which was so convenient because i did not have a car and could walk to the location.
Pinnex is well maintained and always clean! For a young female, i felt safe staying here due to doors stayed locked at all times and you need a fob to enter.
Alexis and Daniela are the heart of this community. They always greet you whether you arr coming or going. Very helpful and easy to talk too.
Only downfall about Pinnex is the lack of amenities. You do get... gym access at Edge 35 but this place would be a definite 10 out of 10 if it had more amenities
