These place is my home. I feel so comfortable here. The Residents are great. This is wrapped into a beautiful package. Your rent covers ALL of your utilities in your rent. Making this place affordable. Mgmt is open door. It is terrific and very fair. Any store, eating places and the hospitality are no more than 5 mins away. Garages and storage units are also available. So check it out, You will fall in love with the apartments and the location.

Unresponsive

While I did like living here the rent goes up each year more than fair market value. Also you have to fight to get your security deposit return. It has been seven months since I moved and gave them my forwarding address and they have yet to return my security deposit. I will be taking to court soon.

Great place to live!

I was able to move into my Brand New Apartment in July when the complex 1st opened I have enjoyed wonderful service along with spectacular personal service by the apartment employees. I only had one opportunity to request maintenance service however, I received 1st class treatment from the maintenance staff. Our leasing agent, Mike, is always available with a smile and anxious to answer any question we may have. I especially enjoy the fact that all utilities are included in the rent, even the… cable! If you're looking for a clean, quiet apartment surrounded by pleasant residents I say give Pleasant Run a look.
