Quarry at River North

Before you move here, please, please consider another apartment complex. The management company will try their hardest to make everything seem absolutely perfect. ITS NOT. You will hear everything!! Your neighbors running through the hallways, people loudly stomping in their apartment, down the halls, and slamming of doors inside the homes. You can hear people's conversations outside of the apartment and in the hallways. There's absolutely no privacy. Move to the Quarry if you want fake smiles… from management only to find out hours later that they've charged your account several $100s of dollars and threaten you with eviction if you don't pay the fees. Everything seems perfect during the tour until you actually move it. It's not, these apartments have been the most stressful thing ever. If you don't live on the fourth floor be prepared to hear your neighbors stomping above your head all day. Forget to pay anything and you'll be charged $70-$80 everyday that you don't pay on top of paying already high rent. These apartments are beyond overpriced, you can't park in the garage at all times even though there are plenty of empty parking spaces in there. You'll be charged huge amounts of fees if your car is found in the garage for even 30 minutes after 8:30AM. Look elsewhere if you want a peaceful home to live in for a year because you'll want to move out just as fast as you moved in. You're always being watched. Read More

Water has cut off multiple times and the fire alarm has gone off over 5 times in the past 12 months... The staff usually blames the tenants for these issues, but it’s really because this place is cheaply built. They’ll also enter your apartment whenever they want with no warning.

Happy to have moved in here. After looking at multiple communities at the Keystone Crossing I have found my new home! So excited for all the resident events and wine nights.

The apartment is nice but overpriced in general. Then comes their water issues. A sewer line burst and flooded multiple people's apartments. Now they have not had running water for over 12 hours with no communication with residents.
