Great apartments

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years, and the property is well-maintained and the management and office staff are very nice. Maintenance fixes problems very quickly, and the people in the complex are friendly for the most part too.

Stay Very Far Away

The rudest and most unfriendly office staff I have ever encountered in my 35+ years of living in apartments. Outdated appliances that are safety hazards, and good luck getting anyone to come to your apartment for maintenance repairs! Save yourself a major headache and find another apartment complex to rent from.

Outdated and terrible management

The office is a mess, the apartments are outdated, and it's been one headache after another. Floods, mishandled checks, terrible online systems. The property is nice, as are my neighbors.

Happy Resident

I have been at River Road Apartments for the past 2 years and I am extremely pleased in every way imaginable from the friendly office staff to the nice maintenance team. The amenities are pretty amazing as well from the exercise room with the beautiful views to the large swimming pool. The property is kept nice and clean and the staff is genuinely concerned and they address all my concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely refer my friends and family because it is such a great apartment… community to live in. 2 THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!! :)
