Good place to live Office people are extremely nice and try their best to be helpful with maintenance issues. But as of recently have somewhat questionable issues with maintenance making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Leaving my apartment after completing a work order cussing saying they are getting F-ing tired of this…. Which makes me not even want to report anymore issues I have out

Handling of my Maintenance Request Anytime I have to place a maintenance request, it’s such a pleasant experience! I will either call or email the office and Alexa (our assistant property manager) gets right on submitting the maintenance request for us! Willie and Tyler (the maintenance staff) always come promptly and are super friendly. This last time, Tyler came to replace the blinds on one of my living room windows. He’s always friendly, and I enjoy chatting with him. Can’t say enough... positive things about the maintenance staff! Keep up the great job.

Lease Renewal 60 days prior to our lease expiring, a lease renewal offer letter was placed on our front door. It explained the breakdown of the raises such as the raise in rent and the raise in trash removal and our options (12 or 13 month lease or month to month) the directions for how to go on the portal and renew the lease were clear and easy to follow. It was a stress free process!

Great location and great staff!
Great location and staff is always very friendly! Maintenance is very quick to respond, often within hours of putting in a request. Highly recommend:)

Great location and value
We love the access to the monon trail and Marrot Park. It's quiet while still being within a 15 min walk to Broad Ripple. We enjoy the pool as well!
