They increased my rent by 200 in the middle of a pandemic! Not only that, I was rented an apartment with something yellow running down the walls. i have to wipe off walls every other day and they did a bad job painting. Also other tenants have had new carpet put in their homes while mine is still the same brown poorly installed carpet. Did I mention the cheap paint? Other than those things I guess it is fine.

Great place to live
The property is very nice and clean! Also the office staff is very friendly and helpful. They also willing to work with you. The few months I had been there, they worked with me through my hardship. I recommend this property to anyone.

Pretty Nice
The apartment are pretty nice. It’s really quiet without many problems. The maintenance is quick to fix problems. There is a need for more cabinet space in the kitchen. Some of the carpet in some of the apartments need to be replaced. Also there isn’t a playground for kids to play at or a fitness center or a pool. The office staff are very friendly.

Great Office & Neighborhood
Great office staff , always happy to help and very understanding , the neighborhood stays clean , quiet , and not a lot of traffic in or around the apartments , UPGRADES ARE PHENOMENAL , if your moving permanently or for a while or for work related , definitely consider teal run .

Very quite & clean , the office staff is nothing like your ordinary leasing they really care for the residents , safety, and environment, definitely the only apartments east I recommend.
